Starting from the inauguration speech from the Vice President of Bolivia in November 2020 and arriving at the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador approved in 2008, this article aims to discuss the translation of Amerindian poetics as a space of resistance. In order to describe the transontological role involved in remaking these poetics, we highlight the pioneering work of the poet and anthropologist Antônio Risério.
