  • Aryon Dall’Igna Rodrigues, Universidade de Brasília

    Graduado em Letras Clássicas pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (1950) e doutorado em Linguística pela Universitat Hamburg (1959). Atualmente ensina e pesquisa no Laboratório de Línguas Indígenas da Universidade de Brasília, sem ônus para esta, da qual é Professor emérito e doutor honoris causa. É Professor honoris causa da Universidade Federal do Paraná e membro honorário da Linguistic Society of America (LSA) e da Society for the Sutudy of the Indigenous Languages of the Americas (SSILA). Foi o primeiro presidente da Associação Brasileira de Linguística (ABRALIN). Tem experiência na área de Linguística, com ênfase em Línguas Indígenas, atuando principalmente nos áreas de línguas indígenas, fonologia, morfologia, sintaxe e linguística histórico-comparativa. É presidente honorário do Instituto Aryon Dall'Igna Rodrigues (IADR).
