Abstract

In this work we present the educational game CineFut, which associated with Kinect sensor, was developed for the study of Kinematics. A subject present in the last year of elementary school or the first year of high school which, despite being important in the training of students, receives criticism due to the way it is taught. The game has four independent phases with different aspects for studying the concepts of Kinematics. For CineFut + Kinetc to find real teaching situations, to know its limits and possibilities, it was used as a teaching strategy in a class in the first year of high school. The results show that CineFut + Kinetc can be used as a strategy for teaching kinematics, because the game environment was attractive and motivating. In addition, Kinect allowed the player (student) to have a enjoyable interaction with the game, what stimulated the active participation in the activities in the classroom and favored the learning means of the content.
