Abstract

We are pleased to present a new issue of the University of Brasilia Journal of Law and Regulation (JLR), in which we are delighted to include articles on Theory of Law and Information, digital labour platforms, responsive regulation in the National Council of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Regulatory Impact Analysis, Responsive Regulation in the National School Feeding Program – PNAE, Management Adjustment Term, ADIs No. 5,549 and No. 6,270, guiding supervision carried out by Anvisa, Sanctioning Administrative Law and the Structuring of Supervisory Conducts at ANTT, overweight fines on highways, tax compliance instruments, regulatory governance of the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Development, structural injunction, and a comparison between CCAF and SecexConsenso.
