As táticas do intérprete de língua de sinais diante do vazio lexical: um estudo de caso

O léxico especializado da Língua de Sinais Francesa (LSF) é muito inferior em tamanho se comparado ao da língua francesa, o que gera, frequentemente, problemas para os intérpretes. Foram registrados quatro aulas de controle de gestão, dos quais participaram um aluno surdo, interpretado por quatro intérpretes profissionais, e as táticas dos intérpretes diante dos termos franceses que não tinham equivalentes lexicais em LSF foram identificadas, enumeradas e analisadas. Os casos de vazio lexical se revelaram numerosos. As táticas empregadas frequentemente remeteram a termos em francês, o que não está de acordo com a forte norma sociolinguística dentro da comunidade surda francesa. Essa escolha, se harmoniza com a teoria do skopo, pode ser explicada pelo desejo dos intérpretes de responder à s necessidades do estudante surdo, que deveria conhecer os termos franceses para os exames.
