This study aims to describe the intrapreneurial actions developed by librarians at the Federal Fluminense University between 2022 and 2025. The research adopts a qualitative approach, with a descriptive-exploratory character, seeking to understand how professionals in the field promote innovation and improvements in the environment of university libraries. Despite the challenges faced, such as budget cuts, limitations in qualified personnel, and structural restrictions, librarians demonstrate a proactive, creative, and strategic attitude, a fundamental characteristic of intrapreneurship. In this context, their actions are not limited to the traditional activities of managing and organizing collections, but include initiatives aimed at revitalizing the space, promoting events, integrating with the academic community, and implementing innovative services that broaden access to information and knowledge. It is concluded that the intrapreneurial librarian contributes significantly to transforming the university library into a multifunctional space for coexistence, learning, and innovation, strengthening both the academic experience and the social relevance of the institution. The results show that intrapreneurship among librarians is a decisive factor in overcoming structural limitations, promoting the professional development of librarians, and ensuring the continuous evolution of university libraries in the face of contemporary challenges.
