Abstract

The aim in this article is to analyze the status of international treaties in the judgments of the Supreme Court (STF). After analyzing how STF theoretically balances the degree of hierarchy between international treaties and the Constitution (CF), we will discuss the moments of change in voting pattern set out by Ministers of the Supreme Court.
