Verification of Newton’s second law using springs

Abstract

In this article, a low coast didactic experiment aiming to verify Newton’s second law is proposed. The experiment involves static and dynamical measures of a spring’s elasticity constant. The agreement between the results represents the verification of this important law of physics.
