A DICOTOMIA EXISTENTE ENTRE A PROMESSA LEGAL PROTECIONISTA E A REALIDADE DE VIOLAÇÃO DAS VÍTIMAS

This paper intends to analyze the subject of sexual abuse on brazilian children and adolescents facing the current legislation as well as the existent law mechanisms that offers to solve that problem. Examining the effectiveness of those legal institutes, we realize they are not enough to contain the violation of children's human rights, presenting a necessity of a change in the perspective of the problem, treating it as a social matter that requires the implementation of policies in order to modify the children's situation in a practical and effective way.
