PERCEPÇÕES DOS DIRETORES DO SINTAJ SOBRE OS ESTAGIÁRIOS DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO NO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DO ESTADO DA BAHIA

Law Nº. 11,788/2008 establishes that internships are educational activities that may be performed by students in higher education, vocational education, high school, special education, and the final years of elementary school. Given this legal extension for internships, the hiring of postgraduate students, a modality widely used by the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado da Bahia, became permitted, without knowing the views of the union representing the civil servants on this subject. It is in this context that the problem that motivated this research arises: what are the perceptions of the union representing civil servants of the Judiciary of Bahia regarding postgraduate internships? The justification for this research is the need to understand the opinions of civil servant representatives on this subject, given the lack of research with this focus. The general objective proposed is to learn the perceptions of the representatives of the court's civil servants regarding the data on the hiring of these students. This objective was divided into two specific objectives: (i) to collect data on postgraduate internships in the court; and (ii) interview the directors of the union representing the civil servants regarding this type of hiring. The method used is dialectical, with an exploratory-descriptive approach. The research used a qualitative-quantitative methodology, based on the analysis of the data collected and the interviews conducted. In conclusion, it was identified that there was an increase in the use of interns with bachelor's degrees by the court, as well as that the union representatives have conflicting views on the subject, demonstrating that they have not reflected on this matter.
