Abstract

It revises the user studies literature, in order to find a conceptual basis to the Web information customer analysis. It presents users studies which are supposed to be relevant to the study of the user on the Web. The question regarding the different theoretical perspectives of the web is discussed. Finally/, it proposes the study of the Web based on the information marketing approach.
