Objetivou-se avaliar os processos germinativos e formação de plântulas de almeirão em diferentes temperaturas e substratos, em câmara de germinação. Levando-se em consideração a germinação, índice de velocidade de emergência, crescimento da parte aérea e formação de plântulas normais, a temperatura de 25 °C, substrato entre papel, é a condição mais adequada para a espécie.
