The project of the new forest code and paradigm of education on country society

The Project Law nº. 1876/99, process currently in the Federal Senate is a substitute for the Brazilian Forest Code. The proposed new Forest Code, authored by politician Aldo Rebelo (PCdoB-SP), for the criticism of the scientific community and various social movements, will bring profoundly damages and terrible impacts on the biodiversity of brazilian ecosystems and therefore affect human population. In this article, this Project Law is analyzed, contrasting it with the paradigm of education on country society, in order to show that both are irreconcilable antitheses. Thus, if this Project will be approved and sanctioned, will represents hindrance for the consolidation of Education on Country Society.
