Abstract

For the section Praxis of the Liberation of the dossier "Judiciary and land conflicts in the countryside and city", we chose to dedicate this space to documents of legal praxis of social movements, of lawyers and people’s lawyers, public defenders and popular legal advisors in the struggles for land, territory and adequate housing in the recent period of the country’s history.
The objective is to socialize documents, legal arguments and procedural tactics that can contribute with popular lawyers, as well as social movements in the various regions of the country fighting for the right to land, housing, against criminalization and violation of human rights.
The documents shared here are from the Zero Eviction Campaign; the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo (DPE/SP); the Supreme Court (STF); the Nuclei de Assessoria Jurídica Universitária Popular (NAJUPs) Luiza Mahin and Josiane Evangelista; of EKOA - Center for Research and Extension in Socio-environmental Law; the Articulation of the Indigenous Peoples of Brazil (APIB); the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IDH Court); the Court of Justice of Goiás (TJGO); and the Memory Warehouse.

Possui doutorado em Ciências Sociais Desenvolvimento, Agricultura e Sociedade pela Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro (CPDA/UFRRJ). É co-coordenadora do Núcleo de Assessoria Jurídica Universitária Popular (NAJUP) Luiza Mahin da UFRJ. É bolsista Jovem Cientista do Nosso Estado da FAPERJ.
