Abstract

There are many challenges surrounding militant research and critical theories committed to social transformation in Latin America. Promoting encounters between our past, our present, and raising a future with greater dignity and sovereignty for our peoples are our permanent tasks.
We hope that the works gathered here can contribute to the reflections of many researchers, activists of popular movements and organizations, and collaborate with the construction of critical theories of law in and for the liberation of the peoples of Nuestra América.
