The metaphor of the wounded-torn tongue in Torto arado (2018) by Itamar Vieira Junior as a destituting inheritance of the discourse of colonial-patriarchal power

This presents article the analysis the novel Torto arado (2018) by Itamar Vieira Junior from the metaphor of the wounded-torn language, understanding said metaphor as the connotation of the violence contained in the discursivity of the colonial-patriarchal power. According to this, work has been structured in two parts, the first, referring to the wounded language, in which the structures of the patriarchal-colonial discourse, obedient to the onto-teleological closures. While in the second part, torn tongue it is understood like violent breakdown of hegemonic discourse. According to this, the conclusions of this work expose the way in which Vieira Junior's text leaves open the action of breaking projecting a predatory future of wills confronted.
