CAMINHOS DA HISTÓRIA: IDENTIDADE OU DIFERENÇA?

.Abstract
The theoretical and methodological conceptions that compose contemporary historiography will be analysed here through three movements - Annales, Imaginary, Foucault's Discourse Analysis - which either entangle or exclude, oppose or complete one another. However, they all share the common concern of refusing the historical canones as the sole truth. The categories of Identity/Difference point out the theoretical dimension of those movements in the art of making history.
