OPCIONES DE AMERICA LATINA FRENTE A LA GLOBALIZACIÓN.

.Abstract
Globalisation, as characterized by the internationalisation of capital, has created new contradictions: the integration and creation of regional blocks; the growth of protectionism; the restructuring of inequalities in the terms of trade. The increasing face for technological innovation and the intensification of competition has weakened the position of workers and led to a growing neoliberal ideological offensive which can be characterized more as an economic policy framework than a societal project.
