Abstract

O novo algoritmo THOR com entrada de dados fuzzy foi desenvolvido com o intuito de reduzir o esforço cognitivo do decisor na tomada de decisão. Para apresentar a aplicabilidade do THOR com entrada de dados fuzzy, foi realizado um estudo de caso, com os indicadores de desempenho portuário com relação a economicidade dos serviços prestados aos navios e tendo o Porto do Rio Grande como objeto de estudo, tomando como base a opinião dos especialistas das empresas privadas atuantes no cais público. Os resultados obtidos pelo novo método são incentivadores e de grande relevância para o plano de ação portuário.
