A interconsulta em serviços de atenção primária à Saúde
Abstract
O presente artigo relata uma pesquisa qualitativa, orientada pelo método dialético-crítico, cujo objetivo central foi identificar como a interconsulta vem sendo realizada nos serviços de atenção primária em saúde (APS) de Porto Alegre, Brasil, tendo em vista a falta de referencial teórico acerca da temática neste campo de atuação e a compreensão do potencial para o seu exercício neste âmbito de atenção, visando à integralidade do cuidado. Profissionais de saúde de serviços de APS preencheram um questionário semiestruturado, elaborado para conhecer seu entendimento sobre esta ação, para quais demandas a realizavam, o fluxo utilizado e os limites e as dificuldades para efetivação desta prática no processo de trabalho. O estudo identificou que a falta de referencial sobre interconsultas em APS não está relacionada com o nível de compreensão dos profissionais, pois a maioria a realiza conforme a produção teórica existente, sendo este espaço entendido como campo especial para o seu exercício.
