Abstract

This investigation had the porpouse to analize the social organization, access to social equipments and the policy of envionment protection and  financial resources distribution in a rural area which belongs to the territory of a USF in the perspective of key informants. Took part in the investigation, members of the residents association and professionals from a USF.  The semi-estructured interview was used as an instrument to gather information. It has been used content analisys and thematical modality to review data. This method allowed defining four themes, know as, the social organization in processing, the uneffective distribution of financial resouces, boundaries and possibilities to access social equipments and the challenge on managing environment protection policy. It also conceded nursing and medicine students to live, early in their academic education, the organization and functuality of basic heath attention, mostly, on the care of residents from a rural area which is set in the territory of a USF. Furthermore, they were able to apprehend those people's health needs, which must have been perceived by professionals and managers to provide health care in the perspective of integrality.
