Abstract

Reconhecendo a consulta de enfermagem como uma das atividades mais realizadas pelos enfermeiros nas unidades de saúde da família no Brasil, em especial nos municípios do interior, como Barra do Garças ”“ Mato Grosso, pensou-se em apresentar o fluxograma desse atendimento, a fim de facilitar o entendimento do itinerário terapêutico dos clientes.

    Enfermeiro pela Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso - UFMT. Especialista em Saúde da Família, Enfermagem do Trabalho, Urgência e Emergência. Mestre em Terapia Intensiva pela Sociedade Brasileira de Terapia Intensiva. Coordenador de USF no município de Barra do Garças ”“ MT. Professor dos Cursos Téc. em Enfermagem e  Téc. em Nutrição e Dietética do SENAC MT. Enfermeiro do Trabalho da Empresa A. F. Santos ”“ Cimento.
