O SETOR ELÉTRICO E A AMÉRICA LATINA: Argentina, Brasil e México em abordagem preliminar
Abstract
A América Latina passou pela década de 1990 por um conjunto de Reformas sob orientações das agências multilaterais e organismos internacionais. O cerne desse processo consistiu na orientação à s Reformas voltadas para o mercado, ou seja, “jogar” para o setor privado os setores econômicos possíveis de lucro, dentre eles, destacamos o caso dos setores de infra-estrutura energética, mais precisamente o caso do setor elétrico que no Brasil, na Argentina e no México que se consolidaram nas “mãos” do Estado e que na década de noventa sofreram fortes influencias privatistas. É mediante tal conjuntura que pretendemos a partir de uma abordagem histórico-estrutural e estratégica analisar as reformas no setor elétrico brasileiro em diálogo com as ocorridas na Argentina e no México.Downloads
