Política social, paradigma de bien estar y práctica política
Abstract
El artículo aborda la realidad de las des-igualdades y las políticas sociales orienta-das a la creación de mecanismos de bien-estar social. Estos procesos figuran como las tentativas de la superación de la pobre-za, se traducen en retos históricos situados en un contexto espacial de los conflictos entre los actores sociales. En este sentido, parecía a nosotros apropiado construir una exposición de algunos suportes teóri-cos de apoyo a la interpretación que ven-ían a amparar un análisis de las políticas sociales en el contexto del pluralismo de bienestar en América Latina.Palabras clave: desigualdades, política social, bienestar, América Latina, actores sociales.
