DIREITOS HUMANOS PARA A SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA NO BRASIL

This article discusses a joint program between human rights and the performance of the state in public security. The coexistence of the instruments of human rights protection in internal order and international law is examined, as well as the needed internalization of these instruments. We analyze the last Report of the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions in Brazil, of UN Human Rights Council, to conclude the urgency to complete revising the current excluding public security policies.
