The Universal Bibliographic Control is one of the main subjects of this work. Discuss the purposes and viability through planning in national and international levels, efective cooperation, processing and data normalization etc.... The National Bibliographies, The Union Cathalog, the automation projects, The ISBD, The, Cathaloging in Publication etc. are also discussed, as control tools.
