Users of the Healthcare Services and their rights

This study proposes the challenge of reflecting about the rights of healthcare services users, taking the topic of vulnerability from the Bioethics point of view in its interaction with the Nursery field. It tries to elucidate two sequential paths, or, metaphorically, to take a walk and build bridges, starting from the concept of human being until human rights and users rights to the professionals duties, focusing particularly to the mediation that must (duty sense) attend the vulnerability of healthcare service users.
