THE PLACE OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN THE FRANKFURT HEGELIAN PROJECT

Classical economic concepts appear for the first time, treated in the young Hegel's thought, in Jena's writings. However, in the previous phase, in the midst of the “Frankfurt crisis”, it would have been possible to identify within the framework of his philosophical and ethical project a place for the set of socioeconomic relations. We seek to show that through this contextualization it would be possible to see these relationships functioning within the register of apprehension of understanding or reflection and as a still positive way of being in the world. The reconciliation program (Versöhnung), by bringing the thinker closer to the material conditions of his time, would also have to highlight the deficits of a solution through the subjective and limited concept of Love, as worked in The Spirit of Christianity and Its Destiny (1798-1800). The result would be to lay the foundations for a more constructive reading of modern political economy, like Bildung for another more concrete ethical reconciliation.
