This paper has as its objective the initial construction of a parallel between Heidegger and Wittgenstein from the outlook of a shared project of critique of sense, from which is developed also a shared investigation into the transcendental conditions of possibility of experience and language. The approximate reading developed by Karl-Otto Apel in Towards a Transformation of Philosophy serves us as a main support. This initial approach takes as a north the elucidation of some of the assumptions involved in the shared project by both philosophers, that one about a critique of sense, and it seeks, at the end, get a position at the questions about self-comprehension and transcendence that arise from the different conceptions of language at stake in this debate.
