Expansion and modernization processes, together with the trends of urbanism, materially and subjectively dislocate individuals from their territories of life. These movements stimulate other territorial dynamics where various subjectivities and discursives are interwoven that consolidate different ways of inhabiting and making worlds. This work aims to analyze the composition of a territorial brand from the registry of elements that make up a territorial identity, such as: the ways of experiencing and perceiving a space, in this case, the city of Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico. The results of this mixed methods study, using interviews and surveys, show the importance of experience and the interrelation with the inhabitants’ environment as co-producers of space and territorial identity, which contributed to the identification of inclusive material and immaterial elements to create a territorial brand, sensitive to the environment and its subjectivation.
