De espólio a coleção: um dossiê sobre o processo de criação do acervo museológico do Memorial Arlindo Coelho Fragoso

Abstract

The present work aims to present the formation of the museum collection of the Arlindo Coelho Fragoso Memorial (MACF) located at the Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Bahia (EPUFBA) and how the museological documentation was necessary to transform a collection of randomly gathered objects in a museum collection that dialogues with the archival collection. To this end, we will discuss the creation of the MACF, the process of musealization and documentation of the collection and how this collection is divided. The methodology approached in the work consists of exploratory research and the procedures that will support it are: documentary, bibliographic and descriptive, having the Memorial Arlindo Fragoso as the research universe.
