O ato milenar de contar histórias tem vindo a permear o meio digital, graças à adoção do computador como um instrumento de expressão artística. As “histórias por um fio” são histórias cuja integridade é de alguma forma ameaçada pelas condições em que é transmitida. Nestas histórias existe uma exploração estética das propriedades ou limitações do meio. O presente artigo pretende ser uma reflexão sobre a influência deste na transmissão de uma história, tornando evidente a ligação entre diversas formas de narrar, desde a tradição oral até ao uso de sensores.
