Abstract

Christian morality can be found across disciplines, even though at times it may not be obvious. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to contrast the superficial structures of the arguments that sustain Christianity to the ones that are the foundation of the State and the Penal System. Furthermore, it tries to reach the profound structure of both, rying to seek the flaws from one and another.
