Abstract

For the accomplishment of a spectral analysis from remote sensors it is necessary to do an adequate atmospheric correction. The present work aims to be a bibliographical revision of the atmospheric correction concepts. Thus, a description of the constituent and optic properties of the atmosphere was made. Finally was described a synthesis of the main methods for the atmospheric correction used in the treatment of images of remote sensors.
