Aiming to grant Wagner and Nietzsche’s readers exegesis and commentaries concerning the tumultuous relationship between the Artist and the Philosopher, we present our minute contribution to the translation of three articles published by Gabiele D’Annuzio in Rome’s La Tribuna in the year 1893, titled The Wagner Case – in life and in art. In parallel, we suggest a broad investigation horizon drafting considerations concerning the reception and dissemination of Nietzsche’s writings on an alien soil unfavorable to them.
