This paper deals with some aspects of the encounter between the theaters of Brazil, France and Canada during the staging of As Comadres, adaptation of Les Belles-Soeurs by Michel Tremblay (1965), libretto and staging by René Richard Cyr (2010) , music by Daniel Bélanger (2010), musical direction by Wladimir Pinheiro and artistic supervision by Ariane Mnouchkine. The show premiered on March 27, 2019 at the Curitiba Festival. There were presentations on March 27 and 28, at Teatro Guairinha (Rua 15 de Novembro, 971, Curitiba), from April 11 to June 2 at Teatro Sesc Ginástico (Avenida Graça Aranha, 187, Rio de Janeiro) and from 05 to July 28 at the Anchieta do Sesc Consolação Theater (Rua Doutor Vila Nova, 245, São Paulo).
