LA POLÍTICA COMO EXPERIENCIA CÓSMICA

Proponemos en esta presentación una lectura cosmopolítica del pensamiento de Walter Benjamin. Primeramente, a través de la tematización de lo que él mismo denomina “experiencia cósmica”, para luego postular una agenda cosmopolítica benjaminiana asentada en cuatro ejes: el lenguaje “en general” como zona metamórfica y la traducción como diplomacia cosmopolítica; la “historia natural” barroca como superación de la fractura historia/naturaleza; el colapso de la escisión entre physis y téchne en las técnicas de la reproductibilidad; el gesto antropofágico de las “criaturas” inhumanas de Kafka.
