Estudos Literários Comparados

This editorial section accepts articles focused on the study of literature as a discourse with open boundaries, which is continuously (re)constituted through contact and mutual influences with other discourses, based on a comparative perspective between literatures (authors, periods, genres, and diverse languages). It also explores dialogues between literature and other discursive forms (artistic or otherwise); the humanities (history, philosophy, psychoanalysis, languages); and memory. This is an interdisciplinary editorial section that conceives of the literary as a potential for relationships and connections with the world, its ethics, and praxis.

Poéticas e Políticas do Texto

This section accepts articles that address the genesis and reception of text from the perspective of temporality and its shifts in different productions of textuality. It focuses especially on theories and practices of language and reading and their ethical, aesthetic, and political consequences. In this sense, articles that address the teaching of literature in its relation to textualities are also welcome.

Representação na Literatura Contemporânea

This section accepts articles that study the representations and self-representations of different social groups, particularly marginalized ones, in various contemporary forms of literary expression, focusing on issues related to the place of speech and paying attention to the specificities of discourses.

Crítica Literária Dialética

This section is dedicated to the study of the historical process of the autonomization of art; the dialectic between autonomy and heteronomy; the historicity of literary genres; the artistic form revealing the meaning of social contradictions; realism and its relevance today; the main dialectical critics; the history and dialectical literary criticism in Latin America: the universal and the local in literary creation; national literature and translated literature; translation and the literary system; the relationship between art and politics; the social function of criticism.

Literatura e outras artes

This section opens as a reflective space for the study of critical and theoretical aspects associated with literature, other artistic practices, and intermedial studies, encompassing their creation, the production procedures of poetics in different media, including orality, their reception and teaching, from transversal aesthetic conceptions relevant to different historical contexts. Research in this area has also focused on studies related to inclusive practices, such as public accessibility to different artistic manifestations.

Dossiê "Literatura de Brasília e Distrito Federal"

Como escreveu José Saramago, é preciso sair da ilha para ver a ilha.

É preciso deslocar o olhar para perceber como a literatura de um local se oferece, para além de sua história e de um cânone. No caso da literatura de/em/sobre Brasília e Distrito Federal, é plausível dizer que ela nasce e se estabelece num quadro maior em que as ilhas literárias se confundem e se multiplicam, num contínuo fluxo e refluxo. Ilhas que pouco ou nada se comunicam, controladas que são por mãos invisíveis. Uma historiografia da literatura a partir dos anos 60 do século XX precisa levar em consideração a complexidade de um cenário causado pela progressiva amplificação (e consequente diluição); seja da produção literária de “cor” local, seja da literatura cosmopolita com pretensões universalistas, que mesmo olhando para um centro (geográfico, sócio-político, cultural) são paradoxalmente permeadas de margens e fronteiras, vazios e lacunas. Nessa perspectiva, a utopia da cidade moderna pode inclusive ser vista como tão ilusória quanto os desenganos do discurso entreguista-derrotista (sem contar, entretanto, com seu lado negativo).

Acreditando que é preciso procurar a ilha para vê-la, indo além dos ufanismos e dos complexos de inferioridade de plantão sobre o fazer literário a partir da capital federal, o número XX da Revista Cerrados propõe receber contribuições originais que se adequem aos seguintes eixos temáticos:

- História e historiografia da literatura de Brasília e do DF.         

- Disputas sobre o campo: concepções da literatura a partir do Centro-Oeste brasileiro.  

- Papel de associações, grupos e eventos literários na difusão da literatura do Distrito Federal; círculos literários; circulação de ideias em meios analógicos ou digitais.

- Depois de Iogurte com farinha ou 50 anos da Geração Mimeógrafo (2027): balanço e perspectivas da poesia em Brasília.  

- O tempo-espaço reconstruído através da narrativa: imagens da insônia do conto ao romance, da ficção à autobiografia.

- Visões de Brasília: viajantes, estrangeiros e desclassificados. 

- Estéticas, vozes e vivências silenciadas na literatura do Distrito Federal.   

- Sertões velozes, para além da oposição modernismo-regionalismo: trocas e confluências com outras literaturas (sejam “regionais” ou “nacionais”). 

- Brasília “síntese das artes”: relações entre literatura, cidade e outras linguagens artísticas.

- A literatura de Brasília e do DF dentro e fora de sala de aula.
