Studies about the home of the dark part of the human family in the books of Conceição Evaristo and Toni Morrison

From a careful and conscious reading of the books Ponciá Vicêncio (2003), by the Brazilian African descendant writer Conceição Evaristo and A Mercy (2008), by the North- -American African descendant writer Toni Morrison, it is proposed an analysis of the home of the black in contemporary narratives which explore the complexity of the studies of the African Diaspora. Once the historic contexts of the book diverge, we can observe events that contributed to a hostile and unpleasant home of the characters.
