ECOLOGICAL LIBERATION
: on the recognition and foundation of the rights of nature in the new transformational constitutionalism

In this text we begin to explore, taking into account the recent debates on the constitutional recognition of the rights of nature, mother earth, or paccha mama in terms of Quechua and Andean Aymara peoples, a foundation of these rights from otherness radical of non-human living and future generations in the framework of the production and reproduction of life in its natural circuit. To do this we turn to the dialogue between philosophy of liberation, decolonization and political ecology. In the processes of struggle for the rights of nature and in the forms of its constitutional concretization, the declared decolonizing will of the constitutions of Ecuador and Bolivia is played. It is an imterpelation from the radical alterities towards post extractivism.
