A Paradiplomacia, a Cooperação descentralizada e a Integração Fronteiriça no Mercosul

Abstract

This article has the purpose to analyze the paradiplomacy and the decentralized cooperation within Mercosur. The paper will present the ways in which subnational governments of the Member States of Mercosur can act in the integration process, as well as existing initiatives, highlighting the actions developed in border areas.
