Abstract

This paper presents an evaluation of MERCOSUR in its twenty years of contributions in political theory of regional integration. It is noted that the strategic regionalism of this century from the State and clothing sui generis principles, norms and values ”‹”‹in some areas of the regional heritage are different from the process that gives a different identity.
