Abstract

This issue marks the new moment in the editorship of Boletim Meridiano 47. After ten volumes, with one hundred and nineteen issues published, the Boletim is no longer monthly, and begins its bimonthly phase, with more extensive articles, through which the community can have access to more in-depth analysis of relevant topics on the global agenda.
