CONSTRUÇÃO, OPERAÇÃO E CARACTERIZAÇÃO QUÍMICA E ENERGÉTICA DO BIOGÁS PRODUZIDO EM BIODIGESTOR EXPERIMENTAL

Anaerobic biodigestion is a renewable alternative energy. In this study, the objective were analysis of its foundations, the construction and operation of a biodigester, the identification os the parameters that influence in obtaining methane gas and characterization through analytical technique of IR spectroscopy.. To implementation this work, developed a prototype for monitoring and obtaining of methane gas, the biogas characterization through the spectrometer Thermo Scientific Nicole iS10 FT-IR and quantification of energy from biogas with transfer this energy to water with subsequent quantification of methane gas gift in biogas. The instrument used is the literature that list the quantity energy obtained from burning the gas. The results indicated the methane production, carbon dioxide, water (steam) and other compounds provided in partial equations. Through the spectroscopic analysis, it was identified that the change in methane concentration, in the course of time, increased until the 120 th day. It was observed that the gas oxygen presence at the reaction beginning and the shape of the digestion chamber interfere with obtaining methane. The reactor temperature influenced the methane flow greatness.
