We are pleased to present a new issue of the University of Brasilia Journal of Law and Regulation (JLR), in which we are delighted to include articles on responsiveness and AI regulation in Brazil, responsive regulation theory applied to the National Financial System, intelligent regulation and the regulatory model for pesticides, and the Regulatory State in light of public choice theory.
