the thought (of truth) of being and the appropriation of historical existence

This article, introductory in character, intends to present the Beiträge zur Philosophie of M. Heidegger. It becomes the guide line for delineating the identity of thought that, in Heidegger's philosophical itinerary, appoints the customary thought of the history of being. However, it reveals that, as the historical-essential elaboration of the question of being in the new horizon opened by the question of Ereignis, thinking takes root and is confused with the event of the historical appropriation of the human essence. Particularly, in the consummation of metaphysics, it is the transforming experience of the metaphysical essence of man (animal rationale) in which that entity which protects the mystery of being, to the extent of thinking, man grounds and allows himself to be grounded as the clearing that protects the most original trait of the historical manifestation of the truth of being: withdrawal, the self-sheltering - concealing of being. In this direction, another relationship opens up between being, man and entity as a whole which should be the base of another principle of history. With this, it tries to gain an early look at what is targeted by the dispute presented in this article.
